Aslı Börek is dedicated to producing and serving delicious traditional Turkish borek and pastry specialties. The company started with su böreği in Istanbul’s Göztepe neighbourhood and has since grown to operate modern production facilities covering 15,000 m² in the Dudullu Organized Industrial Zone.

Today the brand features over 100 different types of products — including su böreği, simit, poğaça, various börek varieties, syrup-based desserts, milk-based sweets, cookies, mantı, olive-oil-wrapped sarma and cakes.

With more than 100 outlets across Turkey in cities like Istanbul, Ankara, Bursa, Izmit, Eskişehir, Mersin, Konya, Van and Bolu, Aslı Börek also exports traditional Turkish flavours to Europe, China, America and the Arabian Peninsula.
